Sektor Roadshow 2024: A Celebration of Innovation Across New Zealand
In the late half of June 2024, the team at Sektor New Zealand wrapped up a 3-day technology roadshow in Christchurch, Wellington, and Auckland.
The Roadshow brought together a host of top global vendors to showcase the latest in tech innovation and future thinking, and provided 500+ customers, partners, and vendors the opportunity to connect & engage with one another - it was nothing short of spectacular!
Highlights from the Road
The Connected Edge presented valuable insights on how businesses are evolving to a future state, with new and emerging tech trends to make everyday interactions smarter, faster, and more intelligent across POS systems, Enterprise Mobility, Physical Security, and Networking.
Cyber securities hot topic of the moment is the adoption of Artificial Intelligence. The sessions were highly engaging, and our Global experts shared their views and strategies to help businesses navigate the ever-growing, and ever-changing threat landscape of Cyber.
A particular highlight for Sektor New Zealand was the launch of PaySuite FLEX, New Zealand’s game-changing Android-based “Payments-as-a-Feature” solution. Attendees were captivated by how Android is helping to reshape the payments landscape in New Zealand, and making payments a crucial feature and function for all businesses.
An Interactive Expo and Networking
In addition to the 18 presentations across three core streams of technology and focus (The Connected Edge, Cyber Security & Payments Revolution) the Roadshow also included a tradeshow exhibition featuring live demos, and presented every attendee the opportunity to follow-up and meet face-to-face with Global vendors, and experience technology innovation first hand.
The overall format of the Roadshow, coupled with highly relevant and practical content, was a hit and we’ve received overwhelming praise and feedback from attendees.
